specializes in the Commercial Banking financing (debt and equity
in correspondency with 89 commercial banks and 39 VCs in 17
states) ; Investment Banking services for merger, acquisition
and valuation of businesses in CA, NV, AZ and TX; Mortgage
Banking and Brokerage services for all types of real estate; and
Financial Advisory services with accounting, taxation and

We focus on Commercial Banking Debt financing loan
requests where the company is seeking from $200,000 to $10
million. We focus on Investment Banking Debt and/or
Equity financing loan requests which may require "mezzanine
and/or secondary market" financing programs ranging from $3
million to $10 million. We focus on Mortgage Banking Real
Estate financing loan requests where the company is seeking
$750,000 to $30 million.
Charter Financial Management provides Commercial Banking and Capital Market financial services; and
Direct Placement Offerings, SCOR Offerings and Private Placement
equity investments in growth companies and management-led
buy-outs.
Our 89 Community Bankers, 17 Capital Market Institutions, 38
Leasing Companies and 9 Venture Capital Equity Partners lend and
invest in the following types of investment opportunities:
- Early-stage companies (start-ups and seasoned companies)
with proprietary products and services within well defined
growing domestic and foreign markets.
- Closley-held growth companies that have reached
profitability and desire private equity or commercial
banking working capital o expand operations or accelerate
growth.
- Companies formed with experienced and seasoned
management share, which plans to build a company with a
large market share, by acquiring and consolidating competing
companies within an industry segment.
